Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchases and make every effort to provide you with as complete information as possible, so that you can make an informed buying decision. 

Before your buy, please read the full item description, look at all the photos carefully and come through to us with your questions.

Returns are ONLY ACCEPTED if you :-
a) Contact us in writing within 2 days of receiving your item. 
b) Confirm that you have received and read our Returns Policy. 
c) Return the item to us within 10 working days

Failure to do so will mean that you cancel your right to return the item and/or your right to be refunded for the item.
for items purchased while they were on sale or offered at discounted prices.

Refund Policy: What is a Full Refund and what is deductions are there?

A full refund = Original Purchasing Price minus (-) the following costs

1. For obvious reasons the cost of shipping the item to you is not refunded and you, the buyer, are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us with registered mail. 
2. 20% re-stocking fee based on the full original purchasing price.
3. Any Non Refundable Indian Government Re-importation Costs. Please see point below.
4. Any deductions due to you not returning the items to us in their original state . Please see point below.

Please also not that we DO NOT refund any customs or import duties that you had to pay when the item entered your country.

Non Refundable Indian Government Re-importation Costs.

These are applicable to all international returns to our  office. 
Unfortunately the Indian Government levies a number of non refundable administration and re-import costs, for all goods returned to India. 

These ‘re-importation / returned goods’ costs are completely out of our control, are non refundable and VERY high (ca. 40% of the total value to the goods including postage costs). 
For all our international buyers returning items to us in India, these re-importation costs will be DEDUCTED from your refund.

When will I get my Refund?

We will only process your refund / exchange of goods once we have received the item/s. 

You (the buyer) are solely responsible for the item while it is in transit back to us. We highly recommend that you send it back to us using a registered insured shipping option, as this will cover you in the eventuality that the item/s get loss or damage on its return journey.

Once we have received the item/s, we will ensure that it has been returned in the same condition that we sent it in. 


Should it be broken, stained, or smells of perfume, smoke or body odor, your refund will reflect the cost of professional repairs/cleaning. 

If everything is in order with the returned item/s, we will start the refund process within 48 hours.
